Enrollment took place when Senior Regent, Alice Yates, had the honor of welcoming daughters Betty Oksanen and Jacqueline Sopel into the defending circle. Minutes, correspondence and financial report were read by Sadie Benko. A donation will be sent to the Salvation Army Christmas Cheer Fund and also three Christmas ham- pers will be given to needy families. A lovely lunch was served by Ann Todesco and her committee of Helen Almos, Camille Todesco and Josephine Cole. Christmas carols were sund and there was a gift exchange. Betty Sweet was welcomed as a guest and Stella Sadowick's name was drawn for the pot of gold. MEN'S CURLING CLUB NEWS MINI-BONSPIEL: = The Mixed Curling "Mini- Bonspiel " held last Friday was a great success. Be- cause of this, another minj="spiel is planned for January 15th. The 'spiel convenor, Hugh Brophy, is looking for 4 more rinks to enter this 'event. If you're not in the Mixed Curling and would like to get in on this January 15th "Mini-Bonspiel ", contact Hugh . at 825-3285. | | CHRISTMAS PARTY: - This gala Yuletide gathering | is being held on Saturday, December 19th and is | being hosted by the Ladies' Club.
