As an added feature, fresh oysters will be available. This entire day is open to members of Branch 223 and out of town guests visiting Branch members. On Hallowe'en night, October 31st., there will be a Box Social and it is hoped that all will attend in costumes. A Box Social of this type was held in the past and proved fo be very enjoyable. The Branch is now selling tickets on a new 20 H.P. Ski-Doo. There will be only 500 tickets sold at $2.00 each. Proceeds are intended to make this years Snow Machine Races more attractive, by offering bigger and better cash awards. Armistice Day will be observed by this Branch on November 7, 1970. A parade to the Cenotaph will fall in at 10.45 A.M. Members are asked to be in front of the Recreation Centre by 10.30 A.M. The Banquet will be held at the Masonic Hall followed by a social evening. Tickets will go on sale soon at $2.50 each for the Banquet and Dance.
