The Board of Governors are headed by Dr. John- ston of Port Arthur who outlined the building program, Some 600 students are now enrolled at the College and projected plans call for expansion covering the next de cade to eventually accomodate 2,000 stud- ents. The 600 student figure mentioned by Dr. Johnston is only part of the scene as outlined by College Pres- ident D.A.R. Bradshaw who completed the picture by including the extension courses offered at Kenora and Dryden, evenings classes and courses taken on a part time basis. College level education has been part of the sys- tem in Europe, Great Britain, and the United States for many years.
