Tele- greng were received from Aunt Jean, Manchester, England, principal and staff of Alm College, St. Thomas, Ontario and Mrs. F. Price Westeliffe on the Sea, Essex, England. MR.. & MRS. BROMLEY ENTERTAINED Mary fftends in the community gathered in the town hall to pay tribute to Mr. & Mrs. J.D. Bromley leaving to make their home in Toronto. Mr. Bromley had been superintendent of the Schreiber division, C.P.R. from October 1, 1965. Their fami was honoured on various occasions and presented with gifts by the young crowd. They had both been active in the work of the United Church and school programs. W.C. Tripp wes M.C. for the evening and on behalf of their friends presented Mr. & Mra. Bromley with a stereo Am-FM radio and record player mentioning that it was with regret that Schreiber would be losing them. Prank Fummerton spoke particularly of Mr. Bromley's contrib- tthon to the arene and presented a gift from the rink committe Other gifts presented were by Pat Newton for the Artificial Ice Fund, Norman Boon for Junior hockey, and Reg. Mr. & Mrs. Le Paradis and family returned Priday from a holiday in Quebec. Miss Camilla Todesco, B.A.» MeS.W. returned Sunday to Mary- vale College in Windsor where she is employed. C. MacDonald and son of Nipigon are visiting Mrs. J.Gerow and Mr, & Mrs. Jack Campbell. Mr. & Mrs. Eugene Gerow and family spent New Years Day with relatives in Terrace Bay. Mr. & Mrs. C.W.Todesce and daughter Camiila were Beardmore visitors during the week. Peter Legault has returned to Port Arthur to resume studies at Hillorest High School. Mrs. M.
