George Burns of Port: Arthur as installing officer. The students of Mrs. E. Simpson, English teacher at Schreiber High School, are digging in to earn some of the prizes, ranging from $25 to $1500 awards, in a nat- 4on-wide contest open to English students at the sec- ondary level.
