DONUTS BEVERAGE three days of the exhibit. ; Friday, children from Grades 1 to 8 from both schools viewed the exhibit with their teachers. Mrs. M.Middaugh gave a brief history on the technique used and a commentary on each print. The curiosity and interest of the children was most gratifying . This was the Art Club's first Centennial event creating awareness and appreciation of Canadian Art in our community. The public interest was most encouraging and all members look forward to present- ing their next event in June. Club members attend- ing tea tables were: Mrs. G.Boyd, Mrs. A.Erickson, Mrs. A.Ferguson, Mrs. D.Briscoe, Mrs. |.Ferrier, Mrs. M. Middaugh and Mrs. F. Kolesar. A monoprint, raffled during the event, was drawn by Mrs. Kolesar and won by Mrs. L.Love of Hazel- ton, B.C., a Schreiber visitor. By-Law No. 129B of The Township of Terrace Bay reads in part, as follows: "The owner, possessor or harbourer of every dog, shall on or before the Ist. day of March of each year, cause the same to be registered, numbered, licensed, and described, in the Municipal office". "No person shall permit his dog to run at large in the Township except when on a chain or lead and under the immediate charge and control of some competent person". Dog owners who have not purchased their dog tags by March 15; 1967, will be issued a summons through the local Police Department based on the 1966 annual census report. reg. .
