Local golfers | attending the affair were thrilled to meet such a distinguished personality. Results of this year's first open tournament were as follows:- 1st low gross - Dave Whalen - 2nd - Vic Timpano. Ist low net - Tie between Jack Kelty and Jack Phillips.
