Page 10 THE DISTRICT JUNIORS CHALK UP ANOTHER WIN The Schreiber-Terrace Bay Juniors strengthened their hold on first place in the Northwestern Ontario Junior Hockey standing by bombing the Nipigon-Red Rock Rangers 13-5 in a game played in Terrace Bay on Sunday afternoon. The home team dominated play throughout the whole game, much to the delight of 340 supporters. Nine players shared the scoring for the winners, in- cluding Mike Mallais, Grant Solly and Butch Spe- ziale who scored within a span of 52 seconds early in the first period. Terry Paradis and John Ross ad- ded a goal each to give the Schreiber-Terrace Bay team a 5-0 lead after the first 20 minutes. Given Boudreau broke Jack Crandlemire's shutout effort at 38 seconds of the second before Dominic Pellegrino scored the eventual winner at 4:10. Bou- dreau was the bright light in the losing Ranger cause. He connected with a hat trick and added an assist on another . The winners were led by Bill Stachiw ay 'SPORT AND GIFT SHOP NEWS November 25, 1965 who connected with a hat trick and a pair of assists that gave him the league scoring lead as well. De- fenceman Terry Paradis scored a pair and assisted on three others while John Ross added two counters to the effort. Other singles came from the sticks of Errol Moores and Jon MacDonald.
