It is hoped that all members and prospective members will make a special effort to attend on the 25th. GOLF NEWS Joe Caccamo, committee Chairman for the golf windup banquet and dance to be held on Oct. 23rd would like to have all ticket sales turned in or reported immediately. During the past week ticket sales have increased but there are still many who have not yet purchased theirs. We would like to urge these members to get their tickets before the 23rd so that dinner arrangements can be better estimated. Members should realize that this is.a great opportunity to demonstrate their inter - est in the social development of the club. Future facilities for social functions such as aclub house, though costly, are neces- sary but justification for such expansion will depend on the numbers. Let us show this need by having all members take in the wind up party and making it a terrific success. Dinner will start at 6.30 p.m. followed by presentation of prizes and awards and a talk by Jack Thomas. The dance should start by 9 p.m. with music furnished by a good or- chestra. There will be many 19th hole 3es- sions with refreshments available. Non- members are welcome--if you can't attend the dinner plan to take in the dance. FOR SALE - upright refrigerator -freezer.
