Miss Janice Coe circulated the guest book and Marvin Steen proposed the toast to the bride. For a honeymoon to Niagara Falls, the bride travel- led in a suit of light blue with white accessories and a corsage of yellow roses. The couple will reside in Toronto. VOWS EXCHANGED IN ST .MARTIN'S CHURCH Cream and crimson gladiolus adorned the altar of St.Martin's Roman Catholic Church on Saturday mor- ning, July 3l as Kathleen (Dolly) Louk of Toronto became the bride of Norman Vezina of Toronto. The bride is the younger daughter of Mr.and Mrs.William Louk of California and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs.Willard Vezina, Terrace Bay. Very Rev. Dean E.A.Gallagher officiated at the Nuptial Mass, with George Dashkewytch and Albert Cadieux, Jr. serving as Altar boys. Soloist was Miss Edith Adamo and Mrs.Clarence Buck presided at the organ. Given in marriage by her Father, the bride was lovely in a formal gown of bridal satin in A-line styl- ing; pearls and sequins outlined the bodice, lace sleeves were tapered to a point over her wrists and a long train edged in scalloped lace fell from the waist centred with a self-rose. Two satin roses caught the bouffant bridal veil and she carried a cascade of pale mauve gladiolus. Mrs.Gerald Rennette attended her sister as Matron of Honor and bridesmaids were Mrs.Willard Vezina Jr., Misses Cathy Cavanaugh and Jdnice Coe. Gowned alike the attendants chose formal gowns in creamy aqua crepe with fitted bodice and straight skirt and featured a scoop neck at front which fell in a soft drape to the back waistline. They wore match- ing accessories. Mrs.Rennette carried a colonial bouquet of white Shasta daisies and the bridesmaids carried nosegays of white baby mums, all interspaced with aqua lacelon. Gerald Rennette was best man for his brother-in- law who was attended also by Willard Vezina Jr., his brother, John Boudreau and Rocky Gaudet. Ushering the guests to pews marked with white satin bows were Michael Louk and Terry Vezina, brothers of the bride and groom respectively. A wedding breakfast at the Moose Hall for the fam- ily and bridal party followed the ceremony. For the afternoon reception at the Moose Hall, the Mother of the Bride chose a three piece suit of canary yellow overlayed with white lace. Ted Brown Jr., spent a week in Winnipeg visiting with Campbell Craig. Visiting with Charlotte and Werner Scheuchenpflug last week were his sister and brother-in-law, Ilse and Erhardt Petri and children, his brother Siegfried Petri and Rosi and Luis Ellensohn and daughter Brigitte, all of Hamilton, Ontario. Brigitte is remaining for the balance of the summer vacation.
