HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM ACCLAIMED 'Night Out at the Terrace Bay High School ' proved an evening of tremendous entertainment, Friday, April 2nd, in the School Auditorium. The wide variation provided on the program had been carefully chosen and prepared and included students talented in gymnastics, folk dancing, drama, comed and the arts. M.C. Jon MacDonald welcomed the audience who packed the large auditorium, introducing first Donna Brown and Darlene Larson who, accompanied by David Mercier on the electric guitar, gave beautiful duets in the folk-singing manner so popula today, "Four Strong Winds' and 'Blowing In The Wind'. A very clever skit 'Mr. and Mrs. ' with Ainsley Middaugh and David Roberts had been directed by Brian Hubelit, and kept their public rocking with mirth. Students and audience alike, paid tribute to Mr. J. Ferguson, for the proficiency of the gymnastic and apparatus display. Boys and girls performed wit amazing dexterity on the parallel bars and apparatus then returned to the stage for a quick run through on mat work before going into a giant pyramid. 'Delightful were a pair of comic gymnists who fol- lowed with their own special antics. "Theme from Exodus" was a popular piano solo played by Brian Hubelit. Joanne Brown appeared next accompanied by Karen Moore at the Piano, to _ sing two very lovely numbers, "Everybody Loves Somebody" and "More".
