Toronto for another term. Mr. W. Adamo is back from a visit with relatives in Sault Ste. Marie. Eugene Adamo has again enrolled at the University of Toronto. "Ed Linkewich, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Linkewich is now working with the Ontario Provincial Police in Port Arthur. ACHIEVEMENT AWARD WON BY WOMEN OF THE MOOSE The Women of the Moose met on October 7th, in the Terrace Bay Moose Home with Senior Regent Ann Didura in the chair, Enrolment of two new Home Chapter members took place with Dorothy Ballentine and Alice Werczynski welcomed into the defending Circle. Recorder Alice Yates read the minutes and correspondence. Word had been received from Mooseheart, Illinois that Terrace Bay Chapter 1426 had won their first award of achievement with Graduate Regent Jackie Calder to receive her green beanie at the Timmins Convention on October 9th, during Convocation ceremony. At the close of the meeting, the Mooseheart Committee were in charge of the program with the theme "Christmas in October", Santa arrived and an exchange of gifts took place. Games and raffles were enjoyed with Barbara Dejonghe and her conmittee serving a delicious -- on a beautifully decorated Christmas table.
