Anyone interested in joining the instruc- tion classes or the regular band is invited to attend. CERAMICS CLUB ACTIVITIES BEGIN The somewhat dormant Ceramic Club is ready to ride again} Fall activities will begin next week with a general meeting of the Club té be held on Wednesday, Sept.9th at 7.30 P.M. in the Work Shop in the old Curling Club Lounge. All those planning to take the course / as well as members should plan to attend. We have had a display of some pottery in the Art Centre which has brought a lot of comments from those passing through here-- most encouraging too. Forms will be out soon for registration for children's and Teenager's classes. There is a kiln ready for our use and we're ready for a busy season of "Clay Slinging." Parents are urged to encourage their dhildren to begin Sunday School on this day. HUNTER SAFETY CLASSES - FIELD DAY The final class and field day will be held Saturday, September 12th. Cars will leave the Recreation Centre at 9.15 A.M. Students are asked to wear bright coloured clothing and PLEASE leave your rifles and ammunition at home, as these are supplied by the instructors. GOLF NEWS -- TOURNAMENT DATES SET Just a reminder that our FIRST CLUR TOUR- NAMENT will be held this week} Ladies will play on September 10th and 11th--men will play on Saturday, September 12th. All play- ers must sign in and will be issued a card of rules, which must be strictly adhered to. Referee in Chief will be Mr. Emil Stokoluk who will settle any disputes that may arise. You may play at any time on these dates, as long as you play with someone who is also competing in the Tournament. Score cards must be signed by all players in each group before turning them in. On Saturday evening there will be a social in the Moose Hall, commencing at 8.30 P.M. All members, their wives or girl friends, are invited to attend. Prizes for the tournament will be presented during the evening. Please make it a point to attend, as we plan on having a real good time. REMEMBER THE TIME---~ 8.30 P.M. -- the place - Moose Hall.
