INSHAW-JACOBSON VOWS EXCHANGED The marriage of Carol Ann Jacobson of Toronto, daughter of Mr.and Mrs. Yert Jacobson of Hudson, and John Austen Clifforth Inshaw of Toronto, son of Rev.R.J.S.Inshaw and Mrs .Inshaw of Schreiber, was solemnized in in St.John's Anglican Church in Schrei ber on July 11th at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Inshaw officia- ted. Mrs. James Hara was organist and Gordon Ellicott was the soloist. Ushers were Neville Stevens of St. Catherines and James Hara. Philip Inshaw of North Bay, brother of the groom, was best man. The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a gown of ivory peau de soie, the gored skirt. sweep- ing in a circular train formed by a gathered back panel which was caught by a wide self bow. The long sleeves were lily pointed and medallions of chantilly lace ornamented the front skirt and scooped neckline which had jewel embroidery. Her bouffant veil was held by two white chiffon roses and she carried a shower of red roses and lily of the valley on a white prayer book. Bridal attendants, Miss Lois Inshaw, sister of the groom as maid of honor, Miss Margaret Jacobson, sister of the bride and Miss Susan Johnson, the bride's niece, wore identically designed frocks. Miss Inshaw's was aqua and the two bridesmaids in palest yellow. The dresses, of brocaded satin, had b asque bodices, corded waistlines, scoop necks and short sleeves .The short skirts had princess panel fronts with:relaxed pleats over the hips and their slippers were in match- ing hues as were their brief veils caught by chiffon roses. Miss Inshaw and Miss Jacobson carried nose- gays of white carnations tipped with color matching their gowns and the junior bridesmaid carried a basket of yellow and white shasta mums. Master David Johnson, the bride's nephew, was ring-bearer, the rings fastened with jewelled pins to the lace covered cushion. A wedding dinner was held in the Church Hall and during the afternoon a reception was also held there when the bride's mother received in a French blue ensemble with hat and accessories in white and cor- sage of pink carnations with white lily of the valley. The groom's Mother chose a two piece dress of lace and shantung in pink with matching jacket, white h at, white accessories and a corsage of white carna- tions with pink lily of the valley. Tea was poured by Mesdames V .E.Everitt, Theodore Wilson, J.D .Bryson and R.G.Macadam. The bride and groom are spending their honeymoon in south ern Ontario--Mrs .Inshaw travelling in a sheath of yellow and brown tones with matching duster and petal h at, her corsage of yellow roses. They will make their home in Toronto. Miss Carole Lalonde was organist and Giovanni Cebrario was soloist. Ush ers were Armand Huard, brother of the groom and Russell Nesbitt, brother of the bride. The bride, given in marriage by her. father, chose a gown of silk organza over taffeta, with round neckline and three-quarter length sleeves. Fullness in the skirt was formed by wide unpressed pleats and three lace crescents, held by flat bows, added front interest. A chiffon fly-away panel fell from mid- shoulder in the back to below the hemline. Her veil was held by a bow-trimmed wedding ring band and she carried a crescent of white gladiolii with mauve centres. The Bride's attendants, Mrs.M.McLeod, Miss Cynthia Bond and Miss Muriel Nesbitt, wore similar frocks in azure blue with matching shoes and floral headdresses and their flowers were semi-crescents of pink glads. Flower Girl, Joanne Sparks, wore a bouffant white nylon dress with pinafore front of lace and she carried a basket of vari-colored mums. Arthur Huard, brother of the groom, was the best man. The wedding breakfast for one hundred was given in the Town Hall, followed by a reception in the afternoon, buffet dinner and a dance in the evening The bride's mother chose a gown in brown and tangerine hues with brown silk and straw hat and she wore a white carnation corsage. The groom's mother wore a beige suite with match- ing hat and accessories and her corsage was pink carnations. At the reception tea was poured by Mrs. T. Sullivan and Mrs.J.Molinsky, Miss Angie Huard and Mrs. M.Nesbitt.
