TENTCEN BE\SSENS Numbered amongst the early residents of this community, Phyllis. and Ernie Woods with their children Murray, Tommy and Barbara, de- parted Saturday for Crofton, British Columbia, where they will make their home. Prior to departure many groups and friends entertained in their honor and family dinners were enjoyed at the homes of many of their friends. Friday evening, friends and co- workers held a Stag for Ernie when he was pre- sented with a wallet and purse of money and their best wishes. The nurses who were on the staff of the Terrace Bay Private Hospital when Phyl was among their number, enjoyed an evening of reminiscing at the home of Mrs.Ruth Boudreau. A gift was presented to mark the occasion. Mrs.Marge Stephens entertained their Bridge Club at her home and, on behalf of the Club, gave Phyl a figurine with their bonvoyage wishes, Another Bridge Club windup came for Phyllis and Ernie when Mrs. Jean Megraw enter- tained the Club and their husbands with a chinese dinner.
