This game had originally been scheduled for Sunday afternoon , but SUPERIORS officials set the date ahead so as not to clash with the Sunday National Football League Championship game . The score did not indicate the play on Friday night, as SUPERIORS were in complete command throughout and only the oustanding goal-tending by Boone of Schreiber kept the score from being even more lop-sided. Play was ragged at times and became chippy in the second and third periods. Once again the victory proved a team effort for Terrace Bay, as the scoring was equally divided and no individual stood out above the rest. Next home game for the SUPERIORS will not be until Thursday, January 9th, when the League champion Marathon MERCURIES make their first appearance in Terrace Bay. In the meantime the SUPES travel to Marathon for a game there on January 7th. LET'S SUPPORT THE SUPES!
