McCuaig and Jeanne attended the McCuaig-Newell wedding in Marathon December 21st. VESPER SERVICE Christmas Vesper service for C.G.1.T. leaders and members with its candle-lighting ceremony was conducted in St. Andrew's United Church on December 15th. Mrs. W. Miller was accompanist. "O come all ye faithful" was the Processional as the girls entered the church. The call to worship and invocation was given by Sharon Jarva. Scripture readings were given by Sherry Condie first and the entire choir sang. Patsy Dimmery gave the second scripture reading and Sharon Jarva led in prayer. The offerin was accepted by Nancy Spillane and Linda Nesbitt. Following a choir selection, Mrs. W.R. Burroughs, leader, read the story. The candle lighting cere- mony was performed by Muriel Nesbitt, Brenda Dun- can and Mary Ellen Gerow. Sharon Jarva led the congregation in prayer and Rev. Fraser Muldrew pro- nounced the benediction. Ushers were Linda Nesbitt and Nancy Spillane. The choir was under the direction of leader, Mrs. Gladys Madi gan.. Other leaders of the group were Mrs. T. P. Whent and Mrs. Harold Gellert. The service was attended by thirty eight members of the Catholic Girls Club and leaders Mrs. H. Shack and Mrs. H. Duggan. C.P.T.A. MEET (Continued) The evening ended with lunch convened by Mrs. J. McGrath and Mrs. W. Guillet. A person completely wrapped in himself makes a small package.
