HOLD VESPER SERVICE The Christmas Vesper Service for C.G.eI.T. leaders and members was conducted in St. | Andrew!s United Church on Sunday evening, The processional hymn "Hark the Glad Sound" was sung as the girls came up the aisle carrying lighted candles. The call to Worship was given by Judy DtArcy. Marlene Jarva led the responsive reading and Linda Handel gave the Scripture reading. The choir sang "Gentle Mary Laid Her Chil with Judy DéArcy as soloist. A litany for leaders and_congregation was led by Judy D¥Arcy and the offering was accepted by Sandra Clemens and Sharon Riley. The hym "Angels From the Realms of Glory" preceded the Mediatation read by leader Peggy Bur- roughs. . The candlelighting was performed by Diane Peterson, Gail Worrell and Patsy Dimmery. The closing prayer was followed by the hymn "Joy to the World". The organist was Glorie Miller and the choral service was under the. direction of Mrs. 0.5. Lauber. Russell Campbell presided for the regular meeting of the Parents Teachers Association - held in 'Holy Angels School. Rev. JeM. Cano gave the opening prayer. Routine business was conducted. Mrs. R. Sisson reported that there are now 173 members. Mr. Campbell thanked members for making bean bags to be used for physical training, and members who donated toys for needy children.
