Supervisory Committee report was read by Mr. Fraser and in the absence of Mr. J. Graham, the President reported for the -- Education Committee, The Delinquent Loan Committee Report was submitted by Mr. Vezina. Mr, S. Boyd who had attended as delegate accompanied by Mr, +«--------------- Farrow reported briefly, Report of the Nomination Committee and election of officers was conducted by Mr. Farrow with the following to serve: Board of Directors -- V. Hopper, A. Ziegleman, Mrs. R. Mitchell for a three year term, R. Scowen for two years and V. Thorpe for one year; Credit Committee Mr. D. MacFadyen for three year term; Supervisory Committee Mr, D. Brearley for a three year tern, Recommendations of the Board of Directors } were presented and duly moved that: 1 - (43%) Four and a half percent dividend be declared on shares for 1961, 2 - Members One Dollar League dues be paid by the Credit Union. 3 - A Delegate and alternate be sent to the Ontario Credit Union League Convention in Windsor, in March 1962, 4 - Five Percent of net profit. be allotted. for the Education Fund, Introduced by Mr. He Miles, President of the Lakehead Chapter who also brought greet- ings. from the three Credit Unions.of the Chapter, Mr, H. Dixon expressed pleasure in attending the meeting in Terrace Bay, and extended the greetings of the Lakehead Chapte of the Credit Union, The evening was rounded out by dancing to the music of the Moosenighters in the Terrace Bay Moose Hall.
