Hale mentioned that there is a general course given by the St, Jghn's Ambulance Brigade for teenagers on baby- sitting and fire prevention in the home, All: baby-sitters should take this course for they would benefit greatly. Mrs. J, Hale further reported on St, Martints Library which has been in operation for the past two and a half years, She stressed the fact that the library requires many new books each year to keep up the interest of their readers, This of course, requires money with most families not having too much to spare for books, If each family a year (after they have read them) there would be a continued supply of good books, Mrs. Hale then went on to say how the Library is run and the materials required to keep the files and books in tip top shape.
