Everitt, C.P.R, Superintendent, threw the first rock in the Ladies Bonspiel, Rinks from Ft.William, Red Rock, Marathon, Rossport, Terrace Bay and Schreiber took part. , Peg Wellings skipped her rink to first placed in the first event with Ida Romaniuk as runner-up, -A,Welbourne and F,Caccamo won third and 4th prizes. ; In the second event S.Duquette's rink won first place with N,Thrower, B.Jacomb and M, Slater, 2nd, 3rd and. 4th. In the third event Irene Edmonds took lst place, J,Gellert and Min,McCuaig came 2nd and 3rd and J.Gerow took 4th place.
