HERMAN'S WOLVES VERSUS CAL'S ICE BUSTERS MONDAY, MARCH 14TH, AT 8:00 P.M. On Monday, March 14th, Terrace Bay will see those Structural Sensations Cal's Ice Busters and the Maintenance Maulers, Herman's Wolves, in the ice spectacle of the season. These two teams will clash in a hockey game for the benefit of the minor league, These players are rated as "non- skater professionals", They haven't been on skates for 15 years or more, or they have never been on skates. Recently the Penticton Vs demonstrated to the world how hockey should be played, and at present Canada is sitting on top of the hockey world. Kulcheksi received the only penalty during this period, The second period was a different story when Waghorn, Black and Campbell scored three goals in seven minutes with assists going to Hall, Newton and Timpano, then Legault scored one for the Tigers with an assist from Zwaresh, Newton with an assist from Slattery scored the final cout for the period ending in a score of 4-2, Things were really hot and everyone played top form in the last period, The scoring see-sawed back and forth. Services Tigers putting on the pressure and making 4 goals by Charban, Janicki, Mikus and Stortini with assists from Legault, Stortini and Charban while #2 shift scored three goals by Waghorn, Campbell and Slattery with assists from Hall and Campbell.
