Shift #3 scored one run in the seventh on one hit and one walk to win this thrill-packed game, Line Score Re Eh WoO) De ye Oy Os UOnaa aus s bie Ate Ra Ne Se me hl a Oe Mrs, Arme Papousek won the $4.00 draw prize, Last Friday night Shift #2 again defeated Shift #1, this time by an 18-8 score, to win their Semi-Finals and gain a spot in the Finals, The game had enough .of everything - especially home runs and errors, ~ The reason j/2 won is that #2 hit the home runs (4) while #1 committed most of the errors (9). Shift #2 took an 8-1 lead in the ist 2 innings, mainly on the "weakness"! of #1's 6 errors in these two innings. Shift #1, playing good defensive ball, might have won this game, but with nine errors coupled with fourhome runs by the opposition, it's pretty hard to win anything. Moro, Bond, Sadowick, and Kurylo hit home runs. and Kurylo hit 4 for 5, Shift #2 will now meet the winner of the Shift #3-Shift #4 Semis in the best of five Finals, Line Score R Fe We ole #2 {32 sak: esi ede Pid & DS de yO as Sie Bie uur cc) ies Ee Willie Adamo won the $4.00 draw prize: Standings Won Lost Shift #2- i O--Wins Semis now ir.
