L. Waghorn with his scores of 204,205 & 246 (655) was the big noise with M,Howard giving some nice assistance with a 208-185, C. Buck with his ssores of 296, 218 & 278 (792) and M. Hayes & B. Haughn both rolling above their average weren't good enough to stop them but came up with 12 pts to tie Pin Dusters for second place. O.Harrison again led the Dusters with A. Roussel lending a hand with his 212. Rockets although losing all 3 games to Pin Dusters came out of the fray with 5 pts. Phillpotts took 2 out of 3 from Superiors 7 pts. but the Superiors second game was big enough for them to pick up 8 pts. to put them 1 pt. up in the league standing.
