Lf. Hake with Mrs, Hake's father, Mr. John Hardie of Port Arthur arrived New Year's day to spend the weekend with their daughter Lois Haviland and family. While here they attended the Christening of their Grandson, Tommy Haviland on Sunday, making it four generations present on the occasion, Joanne Haviland returned to Port Arthur with her Grandparents to visit for the next two weeks. Leon and' Anne Checkryn with Barbara Ann and young Leon have returned from Fort William where they spent the Christmas holidays visiting with Anne's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Dika,. Our teachers have returned to their various schools once more, having scattered far and wide to enjoy their Christmas holidays, Claire Quarrey was the guest of her sister, Mrs. F. J. Ryan of Timmins, Ontario.
