Mr, and Mrs, James Goodfellow with Billy and Mrs, J, Goodfellow of Fort William were recent weekend visitors of the Harry Goodfellows, Mr, and Mrs, Harry Ward of Fort William motored to Terrace Bay as Easter guests of Mr, and Mrs, Fred McMillan. Miss Barbie McMillan returned to Fort William and will spend the week as gucests of her grandparents, Schoolteachers Pat Dooling and Claire Quarry are spending the Easter holidays sightseeing in New York. Mrs, Ted Cairns left recently with sons Gordon, Donald and Douglas to take up residence in St, Catharines, Ontario. Mr. Cairns is now employed im Thorold, Ontario, Prior to their departure the Knitting Club entertained at an evening of Bridge at the home of Mrs, Betty Paget and Mrs, Cairns was presented with some lovely additions to her flatware. As an extra Mrs, Cairns also won first prize at Bridge. The Bridge Club to which Mrs, Cairns had belonged also entertained with a dinner at the Hotel Terrace in her honour, follow- ed by an evening of Bridge at the home of Mrs. Jack Wellings. 'The Club presented Mrs, Cairns with a cup and saucer. Mr, and Mrs, ilan Ward returned Sun- day from a week's visit in Port irthur as guests of Gussiets parents, Mr. and Mrs, J, Hemdry and attending the Hendry-Stone Wedding of last Thursday, Mrs, Sax Lundberg entertained in honour of her daughter Joan's twelfth birth- day Monday afternoon at her home, Birch Crescent. Eight guests were present, among whom was Joants cousin, Janet artist of Fort William who is spending her Easter holidays in Terrace Bay.
