We ou the staff of "The News" look forward to writing for the paper and we sincerely appreciate the cooperation of the reporters in the various areas who have been regular contributors. This week we welcome a contribution from E.C.Stormont of Ontario Construction and we trust that "Ontario" will now contribute regularly. Circulation at present is 1,000 copies which are distributed throughout the pro- ject including our Woodlands Department. Copies also go to LongLac's Head Office Staff in Toronto and, of course, there is the regular mailing jist to Kimberly=Clark Officials at Neenah, Wisconsin, and interested readers at other points. This does not include the many copies that are mailed by people from Terrace Bay to friends anc relatives in all parts of the country. We are proud to reprint below, a letter recently received, "Neenah, Wisconsin, May 2, 1947, Mr, Bob Sheppard, Editor, Terrace Bay News. "Please accept my heartiest congratulations on the fine pubiication job you are doing at Terrace Bay. All of us at this end of the triangle look forward to the Terrace Bay News with great anticipation. "Not only does your paper supply lots of fun by way of its light banter and chitter- chatter but, much more important, it has become an instrument for the fundamentals in the life of everyone at Terrace Bay. "The question of safety is a thing which cannot be overeemphasized, nor can the safety messages be too often repeated. I hope that you will never drop this subject from the Terrace Bay News. "Fires in the bush are something to be dreaded, and here again you have picked up the fight against fires by pointing out to everyone the essential things necessary not only to fight fires but also to prevent them. Please carry on with this fight - - crying out th warning against fire over and over again. "Thank you so much for including me on your mailing list. With best. wishes for the continued success of the Terrace Bay News, I remain Sincerely, Signed: C.W.Nelson Assistant Vice-President, Kimberly-Clark Corporation." -000-
