For more, see page 6. by Darren MacDonald The News Former Terrace Bay Police Services Constable Glen Krentz has been sentenced to a $600 fine or 30 days in jail after pleading guilty April 27 to MP assaulting an 11- year-old girl. ; The plea is the result of an incident which occurred in 1985. He was charged with gross indecency late last year. Krentz's lawyer, Lee Baig, declined to comment on whether or not he thought the sentence was light. In a telephone interview Fri- day afternoon, Baig did say that in his opinion, a proba- tionary sentence wasn't need- ed.
