The purpose of the assault is to frighten his partner into conforming to his ideal model of behaviour without giving consideration to her individuality or leaving room for discussion. Assault may be the only way he knows how to deal with his feelings of frustration, stress, inadequacy or anger. Reverend David Sparks officiating with interment in Terrace Bay Cemetery. Bill is survived by his loving wife Pauline, 2 daughters Marilyn Chicoine, husband Edward of Kamloops, B. C. Kathleen Best Husband John of Orilla, Ont. Paul wife Patti, Bill Jr. wife Denise all Terrace Bay. He also leaves to mourn 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. One brother Ernest Moon of Nova Scotia; one sister Joan Hartman of Tonawanda, N. Y.; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Edward Moon mother Kathleen Adams. stepmother Birdie Moon, brothers Edward and George Moon. Bill served in the Second War War as Service Police for 4 1/2 years. After his discharge lived in St. Catharines until 1955 moved to Thunder Bay and 2 years later, moved to Schreiber and ran the Co-op Dairy, then moved to Terrace Bay and operated the Bowling Alley and Snack Bar, he then took over the Texaco Service Station. Then worked as security for Kimberly Clark until his retirement at age 64. He was a member of Branch 223 Terrace Bay of the Royal Canadian Legion. He was on the Honour Guard, Sargent of Arms on the opening of the Terrace Bay Legion.
