Badminton Beginning Monday, October 16 between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. you can drop into the Schreiber High School for a game of badminton. This is recre- alional badminton and is open to anyone interested. Games will be played every Monday evening. Gymnastics The recreation department is still accepting names for those interested in gymnastics. We hope to eventually form our own club and in order to accomplish this we must have volunteers in order to organize the club. The program will be run out of the Terrace Bay High School each Monday and Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you are inter- ested in registering for the pro- gram or voluntcering your time please contact the recreation office at 824-2317. Power Skate Clinic The recreation department will be holding a Power Skating Clinic beginning Monday, October 16. Classes will be held through to Thursday for the fol- lowing categories: 7 to 9 years - 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., 10 to 12 years - 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. and 13 and over 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. This program is open to both boys and girls. Participants are asked to wear the equipment of the sport they par- ticipate in. To register contact the recreation office at 824-2317.
