NOTICE REGARDING SNOW REMOVAL AND PARKING REGULATIONS Current regulations regarding snow removal: By-Law 662 provides that: No person shall park a vehicle on any street in the Township of Schreiber, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. from and including the 15th day of November to the 15th day of April. Any vehicle found parking contrary to By-Law 662 may be towed away, and the owner is required to pay $35.00 prior to claiming the vehicle. The owner or operator of any vehicle found parked contrary to the By-Law, is subject to a fine of $10.00, and failing the payment of the fine may be summoned to appear in Provincial Court. By-Law 544 provides that: No person shall deposit snow on any Township street or Road. Any contravention of the By-Law is subject to a Provincial Offences Ticket of $18.00, or a Summons to appear in Provincial Court, The max- imum applicable fine is $300.00. Please assist the Township of Schreiber with snow removal opera- tions and refrain from parking your vehicles on Township streets, during the time specified. A. J.
