As a result of a com- puter program error, the Ministry of Natural Re- sources will issue an estimated 12,500 addi- tional bull-cow valida- tion tags for the 1983 Ontario moose hunt, Na- tural Resources Minis- ter Alan Pope said to- day. Ironically, the com- puter program was pre- pared for the Ministry by a private computer firm to ensure complete fairness and objectivity in the selection of the 38,000 valiation tags.
