Mrs. Norma Fummer- ton will represent the Lodge at the District Association Meeting in Thunder Bay on April 7. Mrs. Mavis Slater and Mas. Fummerton will be the delegates to the Dis- trict Association for the 1983-1984 term. The next meeting to be held on April 13, will be held in the Lodge room at 8 p.m. Follow- ing the meeting a Penny Auction and lunch was enjoyed. There will bea MEETING of the Schreiber Terrace Bay Progressive Conservative Club on APRIL 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the CHIMO CLUB in preparation for the Riding Association Meeting. All local Progressive Conservatives are encouraged to attend. HUNTING MOOSE THIS FALL ? YOU WILL NEED A SPECIAL TAG TO HUNT A BULL OR COW A New Selective Harvest has been implemented this year. A Moose Licence will only be valid to hunt a calf moose unless it is validated with a Bull or Cow Moose Validation Tag. These tags are issued for a specific Wildlife Management Unit. To obtain a tag, you must enter the Validation Tag Draw or hunt through a tourist outfitter who has an allocation of tags. An information package has been mailed to all 1982 moose licenced hunters containing details of the new program and an application:form. If you did not receive this package and wish to participate, please contact a Ministry of Natural Resources' District Office nearest you for am application form. Applications must be received in Wildlife Branch, Toronto, by 5:00 p.m., April 29, 1983. Applications received after this date will be ineligible.
