Minutes of the previous meeting and special meeting of Nov- ember 6th were adopted as presented. Reeve Cyril Brassard and Councillors Peter Romanuk and Ken MacLeod will attend the Thunder Bay District Municipal League Meeting on November 25th at City Hall. Council resolved to inform the Canadian Transport Commiss- ion of its support of the application by Air-Dale Ltd. to extend air service to Terrace Bay. The inaugural meeting of the new Council will be held on Monday, December 4th, 19 8. "Boxing Day" will be proclaimed for December 26, 1978 as a Civic Holiday. It was resolved to stock pile 2,000 tons of granular "A" purchased under the airport contract for non subsidizable roads. The Ministry of Envirorment has inspected and approved the new landfill site.
