The meeting was chaired by the president Ray Kenney who welcomed the members and the Division- al engineer Mr. Mike Michaliuk from the Thunder Bay office. The minutes and treasurer's report were approved as read. A two thousand dollar grant is expected for repair and im- provements of the dock street road. Mr. Kenney announced he wish to retire and thought younger blood should be heading the organization. He thanked the mem- bers for their co-operation and his sec. treas., Floyd Harnden for his excellent work in that capacity. Romeo Bouchard and Tommy McGrath were elected as officers and they will elect their chaiman and hire a secretary at their first meeting. Romeo Bouchard presented a vote of thanks - to Ray Kenney for his excellent leadership on behalf of the members. Mrs. Todesco presented a letter from Ontario Hydro regard- ing Street Lights for the village. [t was decided to obtain information on this from the Department of Northern Affairs.
