CONFEDERATION COLLEGE FALL PROGRAMS: As advertised in last weeks News, Confederation College and Schreiber Parks and Recreation are offering several interest and credit programs. The programs are filling fast. Advanced chinese cooking has only five openings left. The basic Chinese Course has six people on the list, an additional twenty persons will be received. Mineralogy is being offered and at this writing is tentative -1y scheduled for three weekends - Oct. 27, 28; Nov. 3,4 and Nov. 10 and 11th. Books will be included in the registration cost. The main objectives of this program is mineral (rock) identification, recognition, species. Organic gardening will be held in Schreiber and will be cov -ering everything from composting to some data on heebs. Cross Country Ski Clinic is scheduled for Tate November and early December. : 0i1 painting will be a weekend warkshop, as will a craft workshop. Cake decorating will be offered on an advanced basis, probab -ly figure piping. Upholstery will be done over a ten week period in the fall, however, a facility is needed to run this course in Schreiber. If you have a piece of furniture that you wish to recover please call the office and leave your name and phone number. The Law and You is being offered in Schreiber this year. Submit your name early.
