Eight vehicles had their plates removed after being listed as unsafe and charges were laid against six people who failed to attend after being notified. In compliance with the foregoing resolu- tion, I do hereby proclaim Monday, the 7th day of August, 1978 as Civic Holiday for the year, of which all persons are hereby requested to take notice and govern them- selves accordingly.
