Also, 'more appointments will be accepted for shots and examinations on the Wednesday afternoon. This clinic will be held in the large meeting room of the Recreatiofi Centre on Tuesday and Wed- nesday, June 13th and 14th. MACRAME: Some interest has been shown in an introductory Macrame Course but more interest is required before this course can be planned for the month of June. Call the Recreation Office at 3542 if you would like to take this course. TENNIS CLINIC: This is your last chance to get in on the upcoming Tennis Clinic. The clinic will begin in approximately two weeks time and we must have the names of people wishing to participate in this clinic by this Friday, June 2nd. Come in or call. the Rec- reation Office at 3542, RECREATION DISCS: The 1978-79 Recreation discs are now ready to be picked up at the Recreation Office. Remember, you must show these discs to gain free admission to the swim pool this summer and arena programs during the winter. Please bring last year's red discs with you, if possible. ROLLER SKATING: A roller skating programme will operate in the Terrace Bay arena beginning the middle of June. Watch the News for further. details. MINOR BALL: Upcoming games are as follows: Girls! League: Wednesday, May 31st - Bad News Bears vs Dodgers; Monday, June 5th - Dodgers vs Expos. Boys! International League: Thursday, June 1st - Blue Jays vs Yankees; Tuesday, June 6th - Yankees vs Blue Jays. Boys! American League = Thursday, June 1st - Bombers vs Wildcats and Tuesday, June 6th Wildcats vs A's. All games are played at the High School field: The Girls' League and International Lea- gue games start.at 6:00 p.m. and the American League games begin at 7:30 p.m. Come out and cheer for your favourite team.
