Twelve members were present. It was moved and seconded that the minutes of the last regular Board Meeting of August 2, I977 be accepted as circulated. Mr. Jung (Chairman of Finance) presented the July Financial and Statistical Reports to ~ the Board. He stated that there was an overall financial improvement and that the Occupancy Rate had dropped for the month of July. 2 It was with regret the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Jung as he is moving to 4 Toronto. i+ Mr. Ralph Blake indicated, in writing, his willingness to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Jung, and his interest in the Finance Committee. Mr. Blake was elected as Treasurer of the + Board by acclamation and he will assume the responsibilities as a member of the Hospital Board for the balance of a two-year term.
