BAY POLICE DEPARTMENT TERRACE SEPTEMBER 6 to SEPTEMBER 18: During the period, September 6th to Septem-| ber 18th, the Terrace Bay Police were called upon to investigate forty-eight occurrences. On September 6th, a complaint was received by a local resident that a bullet had struck a house on Lakeview Drive. Investigation into the matter resulted in two charges being laid. One of dangerous use of a firearm and one of possession of a restricted weapon. .The police department would like to notify all hunters in the Terrace Bay area that it is an 'offence .to discharge a firearm within 2 miles of the post office building. This By-Law will be strictly enforced by members of your police force. : Police also investigated a fail to remain accident in front of 41 Pine Crescent which resulted in approximately $2,000.00 damage. A charge of failing to remain at the scene of an accident has been laid against a Thunder Bay resident.
