PAGE 12 TERRACE BAY NEWS Mesdames Doris Legault, Francis Campbell and Beverly Legault feted Miss Colleen Kenney, Bride elect for August at a miscellaneous shower on Sunday evening at the former's sum- mer camp in Rossport. The living room was. decorated with white and pink streamers and bells. ) Miss Kenney and her mother Mrs. R.T. Kenney were presented with corsages of white and pink garden flowers upon arrival and the Bride to be was seated in a decorated chair with a white umbrella over it. A gaily decorated basket of gifts were presented to the guest of honour by Beverly Legault. Assisting in opening the many gifts of china, glassware and linens were her mother and Terry Anne Bouchard. Miss Kenney gracefully thanked the gathering of relatives and friends for the numerous - gifts. Two contests were organized by Mrs. Lanigan and Miss Joan Campbell. A cold plate buffet luncheon was enjoyed with Mrs. Kay Bouchard assisting the hostess. Dur- ing' the unwrapping of the gifts, Beverly Legault catalogued them while Patsey Camp- bell made note of all quotations uttered during the process by Miss Kenney which were later read back in story form causing much merriment. : Joyce Lanigan covered a picture hat with the bows, ribbons and flowers from the gift wrapping.
