Receiving with Nancie were her mother, Mrs. John Spillane and Mrs. Barbara Spadoni. Mrs. Colleen Gauthier was table hostess and the servitors were Cathy Cook, Betty Ann McKenna, Terri Morris, Joanne Burton and Susy Smith. Replenishing were Beth Macadam, Irene Moorey, Margaret Handel, Myra Holmes and Haz- el Bailey. Norma Gusul opened the gifts and attended the guest book. Mrs. Anne Etches has with her, her mother and sister - Mrs. E.A. Waywell and Mrs. Lil Kells of Montreal, who are also visiting with Aurel and Shirley Majors. Burke and Jil Trowsee and daughter D'Arcy of ' Mount Uniacke, N.S., are visiting Jil's par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester McCuaig and their many other relations in town. Ernie Carswell and son Gordon, of Bancroft visited Rae and June Sisson and other friends +» while enjoying a fishing trip in this area. Mrs. Anne Todesco, president of the Schrei- ber Women's Institute, presented a picture of the Queen and the framed cengratulations from the Prevince of Ontario on the local Instit- ute's 50th anniversary to Aurel Gauthier, chairman of the Public Library Board to be placed in the Schreiber Library. D'Arcy Furlonger and Gordon Ross flew to St. Louis to watch the St. Louis Cardinals and the Cincinnati Reds play. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Pearson and son Greg of St. Thomas are visiting Carl's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Pearson.
