COACHES AND UMPIRES URGENTLY REQUIRED: In order to operate various leagues in the Minor Ball programme, a number of coaches and umpires are required. If you are willing to give of your time (one or two hours a week for six weeks), why not call the Recreation Office and leave your name, phone number and the cap- acity in which you would like to assist. The registration form also has provision for sign- ing your name and indicating where you would like to help out. TENNIS: Both tennis nets have been installed and again we would ask anyone using the tennis courts to report any problems or damage to the Recreation Office as quickly as possible. At the Open House, parents, students and teachers were involved in various activities such as Science, Math, Physical Education and Creative Poetry sessions. In keeping with the theme for Education Week, "Growing With Dignity", discussions and slide presentations were also held. The Kindergarten students and their parents were involved in various activities including the making of bread. The second half of the evening was taken up with the campus run-offs for the Oral Communica -tions Festival to be held the following even- ing. ; 5 On Wednesday, April 20, the Lake Superior Public School Oral Communications finals were held. Representing the Terrace Bay Campus were Andrew Gorham, Geoffrey Gorham, Karen Anderson and Allyson Payette. Tizy Hartmann, Gene Hart- mann, Shannon Riley and Art Roen spoke for the Schreiber Campus.
