The incident of wilful damage to the Recreation Centre is of great concern to the Police Department and increased patrols will be made of the facilities in the future. ; During the week, police attended a fire at the Kimberly-Clark mill. Apparently an overheated motor caused the fire to the wood- chipper number two. Three parking tickets were issued to mot- . orists, who insist on parking at the rear of the Recreation Centre in the loading zone. On January 29th, one local motorist was charged with impaired driving and will appear in court on February 17th. Two members of the police force attended a workshop in Thunder Bay on January 26th. This workshop was held by the National Parole Board and all aspects of probation and parole were discussed. Constable John Murray has been named the Community Services Officer for Terrace Bay.
