POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT The Terrace Bay Police had a relatively busy week having to deal with forty-one occur- ences. It was reported late on the evening of Sept. 21 that four men had attempted to enter a lo- cal residents home. The noise created by these men resulted in a neighbour coming to the assistance of the local resident. The four men were advised of their mistake in address, and left shortly there "after. Later the same evening the police were called to the Red Dog Inn where a resident of the Construction camp was removed, then charg- ed with causing a disturbance. On September 22nd, a family dispute was at~ tended by local Police. The problem was re- solved to the mutual satisfaction of. all par- ties. During the day of Sept. 23rd, it was report -ed by local boat owners that persons unknown had shot holes in their boats while moored at the foot of the beach road. Investigation in- to this offence are continuing with the laying of charges anticipated shortly. Police were called to a fight at the Red Pog Inn later the same night.
