Board held its Fourth Regular Meeting at St. Edward's School in Nipigon on April 24,1976. Teachers from both St. Edward's and St. Hilar- y's Schools were in attendance as were some of the local school supporters. Teachers and trustees exchanged views over lunch. In formal session, the Board considered the question of relocation of the Board offices 'which are currently at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. After some discussion, the fol- lowing motions were passed: - That the North of Superior District R.C. S.S. Board locate its administrative offices in the Schreiber-Terrace Bay area. : - That January 31, 1977 be set as a target date for relocation, with provision for an ex- tension of this date to August 31, 1977 if necessary. Relocation will require the Director of Ed- ucation, Mr. P. Gillen, the Superintendent of Business, Mr. J. Courtney, and Mr. R. Jones, Accountant, to move their families into the area.
