You were such a happy and contented baby, and we loved you so much. You stole our hearts for such a little while, then we were torn apart. But we will never forget or stop loving you. Mom, Dad, Susie, Granny and Granpa Crook MACADAM: Mrs. Jessie Susannah Macadam passed away on Saturday, April 24, 1976. Born in Mattawa, Ontario, she came with her family to Schreiber in 1900. She married in Fort William in 1913 to Forbes C. Macadam. They made their home in Schreiber. : She is survived by: daughters, Joyce Nott of Carrying Place, Ontario and Joan Radcliffe Branch of Montreal; sons, Gordon of Vancouver and Russell of Schreiber; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren; neices and nephews -also survive and she is also survived by a sister, Betty Narrin of Buffalo, N.Y. She was predeceased by her husband, Forkes in 1968 and also by sisters, Rhoda Robinson, .Annie Bobiel, Christina Lidster and Edith Handel. P.N.G. of Ruby Rebekah Lodge 279, she also was a life member of Silver Birch Order of the Eastern Star, Terrace Bay;- Charter and life member of the Schreiber Women's Institute; member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 109 and a member of St. Andrew's United Church, Schreiber. Funeral services were held on Monday, April 26 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Andrew's United Church with Rev. B. Bigelow officiating. Interment at Schreiber cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the McCaus- land Hospital Building Fund would be apprecia- ted. King Funeral Home, Schreiber, was in charge of the arrangements. SCHREIBER LADIES CURLING CLUB: The Schreiber Ladies Curling Club held their Wind-up Chinese Supper on April 21st. A meeting followed at which the election of officers took place and the new slate of of- ficers is as follows: president - Kay Fraser, vice president - Edna Cox, secretary - Char- lotte Miller, treasurer - Ruth Hiller and Lorraine Huard is to head the Ways & Means Committee.
