Back row: Linda Jerrett, Maureen Pytyck and Gilda Ped- erson. The Senior Guides Craft night was held at the Jones residence last week with Mrs. Linda Jerrett instructing. The girls did picture art which consists of gluing scraps of material on pieces of cardboard. The effects were excellent and cats, butterflies, fruit and cartoon charac- ters were the finished product. - During the week ending April 11, 1976 a total of twenty-seven occurences were investi- gated. April 5 - The theft of a motor vehicle was re- ported from a local Motel. It was later recov -ered on the Mill Road. April 6 - A local service station operator re- ported that two youths had robbed her of her purse and a quantity of money. Two Thunder Bay youths were later arrested and charged with the offence. April 7 - Damage to the window of the Strand Theatre was reported and is under investiga- tion. 3 April 7 - A Longlac man was charged with im- paired driving. April 10 - The theft of a tire and rim was re- ported stolen and is under investigation. Seven charges under the Highway Traffic Act were laid, two under the Municipal parking By Law and nine motor vehicles were safety check- ed with five warnings being issued.
