Zander as part-time secretary at the Manitouwadge High School, at salary according to schedule, eff- ective February 2, 1976, the Maintenance and Property Committee recommended that full time staff should be hired to develop a good pre- ventative maintenance program and to look after the repair and maintenance needs of the under the Board's jurisdiction.
