THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO MOOSE CHRISTMAS PARTY ; On December 20th the Loyal Order of the Moose and the Auxili- ary in Terrace Bay held a very successful Children's Christmas Party at the Moose Hall. Over 140 child- ren turned out in full force to see Santa Claus. The party began with childrens movies and a happy, riotous, sing song. Right on cue, Santa Claus app- eared to a thundering chorus of Jingle Bells. Santa's two helpers were Mirielle Tardif and Clara Gould, who were kept busy distri- buting gifts and treats to each one of the excited youngsters. During the after- noon after Santa Claus had continued on his journey to the North Pole the parents and 'members were served coffee and Christmas cake. A well attended dance was held in the evening, music being supplied by Merv's Power Outlets. Recent changes to Canadas Unemployment Insurance Act may affect YOU.
